Dr. Hartke is one of only two Adult Congenital Heart Disease board-certified cardiologists in Hampton Roads, with practice partner Dr. Alexander Ellis being the other. There are currently fewer than 200 certified ACHD physicians in the country.

The cardiology team cares for children from birth through 18 years old. However, patients over the age of 18 may be seen in our adult congenital heart disease clinic. Fetal echocardiography and counseling is offered in our prenatal clinic.
