Personal Statement

I have a child who has been hospitalized at CHKD twice, and sees a CHKD specialist regularly. The staff is incredible, and I am honored to be a part of such excellent pediatric care.

Bio

Dr. Eichelberger served as chief resident in pediatrics at Pitt County Memorial Hospital during her medical training. Raised in Portsmouth and the daughter of a dentist, she graduated from Churchland High and met her husband, Scott, while attending JMU. They have four children: Grant, Emily, Curtis, and Kimberly.

Dr. Eichelberger loves attending her children's sports and dance activities and enjoys family time at the Outer Banks, Wintergreen, and Disney World. She also enjoys yoga, hiking, reading, scrapbooking, and crocheting, when time permits. Dr. Scott Eichelberger is also a physician at Chesapeake Pediatrics.
