When I was offered a position at CHKD, I felt that my dream job had been presented to me. Two decades later, I still have the same feeling.

Bio

Dr. Polak has been an anesthesiologist at CHKD since 1999. His passion for pediatric anesthesiology came into focus during his residency at the nearby Portsmouth Naval Hospital where he was introduced to CHKD. Dr. Polak was "amazed with how the patients were treated and how the staff was so caring and worked well with one another."
