Bio

Drummond grew up in Chesapeake and attended The College of William and Mary, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. With a passion for pediatric healthcare, she then received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University and joined the CHKD family as an RN in the post-anesthesia care unit, where she developed her nursing and leadership skills.

From there, she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Loyola University New Orleans and joined the CHKD Urology team.

She enjoys traveling, music, gardening, all things Disney, and spending time with her family and friends.

CHKD and UVA combine the efforts of pediatric urologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, intensive care physicians, and support professionals from both institutions with the goal of improving outcomes for children with complex urological issues.
