Bio

Reese has been providing clinical services at CHKD since 2011. 

She provides crisis-oriented interventions in the emergency room and throughout the inpatient population and utilizes short-term solution focused approach and problem solving while working with children and adolescents.

As a licensed clinician, Reese provides mental health evaluations and patient-centered treatment recommendations, often assisting families with the next level of care. Additionally, as a social worker, she often assesses for basic needs and provides community resources and referrals. 

Reese’s compassion for working with children/adolescence and families during their hospital visit is demonstrated by her ethical and genuine caring approach to meet the person at their level of need and crisis. Her background includes experience with community-based care, inpatient acute psychiatric hospital treatment, and medical social work.
