Von Bank believes in joining with individuals and families as a collaborative partner in working towards growth, healthy development, and healing.

She integrates solution-focused, strengths-based, systemic, and psychodynamic theory into her work with patients, while utilizing a number of therapeutic modalities including dialectical behavior therapy.

Prior to her time at CHKD, she provided individual, family, and group psychotherapy in clinic, day-treatment settings, and psychiatric hospitals.
