Personal Statement

I love that CHKD is truly devoted to providing compassionate care, not only for children but for the entire family. After studying at Eastern Virginia Medical School and training at CHKD, I have seen the positive impact CHKD has in the Hampton Roads community. I am both delighted and privileged to continue serving the families of this wonderful area.

Bio

A native of Albany, New York, Eichelberger came to the Hampton Roads region to attend college at Hampton University.

From a young age, she envisioned becoming a pediatrician. She learned of CHKD while at college and fell in love with CHKD's commitment to children and their families. This led her to attend Eastern Virginia Medical School and complete her residency training at CHKD before starting at Hampton Roads Pediatrics.  

In her free time, Dr. Eichelberger loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys baking and cake decorating, traveling to new places, and home improvement projects.
