Personal Statement

CHKD is an excellent hospital with state-of-the-art facilities, an excellent network of physicians, and gives our community access to comprehensive pediatric care. I am proud to be a part of the CHKD health system.

Bio

Dr. Cawthorn, a biochemistry major at Virginia Tech, joined Chesapeake Pediatrics in 1996 after serving as chief resident at CHKD.

He and his wife Rory have two daughters. In his spare time, Dr. Cawthorn enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and running.
